Rates quoted are per room, per night, including breakfast, City tax, VAT & upon availability.

We strongly recommend that all participants reserve their hotel accommodation as early as possible in order to benefit from the special congress rates.

Accommodation information

Reservations will only be confirmed once valid credit card details have been provided or, alternatively, once full payment by bank transfer has been received within 10 days of the invoice date. Bank transfer details will be provided on the invoice.

Accommodation fees can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer.

For payments made by bank transfer, all bank and transaction fees must be covered by the sender.

All cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to CME-Congresses.

  • Cancellations received more than 4 months prior to arrival: Full refund, less a € 50 handling fee and any applicable bank charges.
  • Cancellations received between 2 and 4 months prior to arrival: 50% refund and any applicable bank charges.
  • Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to arrival: No refund.

In the event of a no-show, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and all payments will be non-refundable.

Guests who check out prior to their confirmed departure date will be charged in full for the remaining reserved nights.

CME-Congresses and their agents shall not be responsible for and shall be exempt from all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided. Personal travel and health insurance are recommended.
