Registration for the online congress includes access to all live-streamed sessions broadcast directly from Paris, as well as all on-demand content.
Registration information
- Once you are registered to the COMy 2027 Hybrid Congress, please note that you agree to receive promotional material and updates regarding the Congress.
- On-site registration: COMy via CME Congresses Ltd reserves the right to photograph and/or record a (online or on-site) congress and participants to the congress, including registered participants, and to use such photographs and videos (in whole or in part) on their website, intranet or on any other (social) media referring to the congress or COMy for the purpose of any internal or external communication. By actively taking part in a congress, the registered participant gives consent to such uses.
On-site registration
Registration for the on-site congress in Paris includes access to all on-site sessions, online and on-demand content, breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks (as scheduled in the official program), an invitation to the Welcome Reception, all printed congress materials, and a certificate of attendance.
No additional registration is required for the online congress, as online access is already included in the on-site registration.
Online registration
Registration for the online congress includes access to all live-streamed sessions broadcast directly from Paris, as well as all on-demand content. A certificate of attendance will be available following the congress for a fee of € 15.
Registration fees can be paid online by credit card or by bank transfer.
For payments made by bank transfer, all bank and transaction fees must be covered by the registrant.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email. Refunds of registration fees will be processed as follows:
- Cancellations received by February 26th, 2027: 100% refund, less a € 50 handling fee and any applicable bank charges.
- Cancellations received by April 14, 2027: 50% refund and any applicable bank charges.
- Cancellations received after April 15, 2027: No refund.
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, sickness, and cancellations by any party, nor loss of or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the World Congresses on Controversies in Multiple Myeloma (COMy). Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.
